Our Melbourne showroom is in Ravenhall, in Melbourne’s west, at 3/18 Katherine Dr, Ravenhall VIC 3023. It is open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm. You can see and smell Khan Al Saboun products in person, from herbal soaps and body oils to body splashes and hair care. The Get directions button above opens the route in Google Maps.
Oriele Botanica is an Australian company, run by Lebanese-Australians with roots in North Lebanon, the same region Khan Al Saboun comes from, and the official Australian distributor of Khan Al Saboun.

Salons, spas, boutiques, gift shops, freelancers and supermarkets can stock Khan Al Saboun through our wholesale program, including the Professional Line in bulk sizes. There is no fixed minimum order, and pricing is set for your business.
About Khan Al Saboun
Khan Al Saboun began around 1480 in the old souks of Tripoli, in the soap-makers’ khan that gives it its name. Today its main home is an eco-village in the Koura district of North Lebanon, and its products are made to ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP and ISO 9001 quality standards (certified 2025–2028). Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship all orders with Australia Post, both within Australia and internationally, with Standard or Express options at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days and Express 1–3 business days, depending on the destination. International orders generally take 7–15 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 AUD ship free anywhere within Australia.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can follow on the Australia Post tracking page.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, if requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Opened or used products can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Oriele Botanica is the official Australian distributor of Khan Al Saboun.
Do you offer wholesale?
